7. Lay it off
Once you’ve finished painting an entire wall or room using some of the genius painting tricks from above, take a look around to examine your work before calling it quits. Even if you’ve got what seems to be a perfect amount of paint on every area or wall, there’s still one more step to take for the perfect finish.
Run your painting roller across each wall one last time with long, even strokes to ensure the finish is uniform. Not only will this simple hack give you a flawless and even finish, but it could also save you the trouble of any extra touch-ups down the line.
