3. Keep items organized
When you are arranging your stuff, keep in mind that it has to be put in order for you to find it easily when in need; this will help you in the long run.
If you have a junk box or drawer, that’s fantastic! People usually keep things that maybe don’t work anymore or just seem like they might be useful at some point there, but you should keep them organized! Imagine you are in desperate need of an item from the junk box and you just can’t find it. You might believe it is not there, or you might just throw it away. That would be such a waste!
As long as you have enough boxes, decluttering should not be a problem. When you see all the stuff put in those storage boxes, you will start to feel the joy of having an organized space.
