Duct Tape Hack: Remove Pet Hair
That’s right! The stickiness of duct tape makes it excellent for a makeshift pet hair remover. And this method is faster than vacuuming. It also works on couches and seats in vehicles. The best thing is that a cloth or sponge wrapped with duct tape works great for getting into corners.
Simply wrap some duct tape around a paint roller cover, sticky side out. And roll it over the carpet or furniture to pick up the accumulated pet hair. As the surface gets full of hair, just add more tape!
Duct Tape Hack: Make a Collapsible Dog Bowl
You can even use tape to create a collapsible dog bowl to bring on hikes or road trips. Just wrap the duct tape sticky side out around the bottom of a two-liter bottle of soda.
But remember to overlap the tape to create strength. Then, add a second layer, sticky side in, to cover the first layer. And now you’ve got yourself a makeshift water bowl.
