I think it’s fair to say that no one is surprised by the fact that overthinkers struggle to declutter their homes. So much so that there are some very specific decluttering mistakes for overthinkers out there that you need to look into if you feel you’re one of them.
If you realize this, then you probably want to do something about it, which is, I’ve got to say, applaudable. If there’s anyone who knows how complicated the relationship between overthinkers and clutter is, it’s me.
I TOTALLY get you, and I also get how paralyzing this kind of task can be.
