1. Food from your pantry
Let me start by saying hello to you if you purchased an excessive amount of pumpkin cans for Halloween. You’re not the only one! My family claims that there can never be enough pumpkin-flavored food since they adore it. But in many cases, when you buy too much of something, you end up throwing most of it away because it has expired.
When you start decluttering for winter, open your pantry and see what you don’t need anymore, and make a list of things you must restock. If there are any foods in your cupboard that aren’t expired but you just don’t use them anymore, locate a food bank in your area and give them to the needy. It will be a kind gesture for those who are unable to purchase them. After all, it’s the season to be jolly, right?
