Try labeling everything
I know it might seem a bit crazy, but according to experts, labels are quite useful, especially if you want to keep your space neat as long as possible. “Labeling will help you keep everything where it’s supposed to be,” they added.
So if it were to ask us, we’d recommend you invest in a label maker, or simply use a Sharpie if you’d rather try a DIY approach. Also, if you make a mistake, rubbing some alcohol and a cotton ball will instantly get the Sharpie off of any plastic bin, so you can write again.
It would have been very helpfull to have pic for each and every item as ive never seen a few things you suggested.

I’ve never had a lot of space, so I already do many of these suggestions. I have also found in a catalog labels that wash off. Yes, paper labels that dissolve in water. I use them on everything, particularly in the freezer where I have stood, holding something frozen and wondering whatever in the world is this and when did I put it in here. I wish I could remember the catalog but I get so many. It was in one that has only two pictures on a page.
Need to address different types of pantries. I have a pull out pantry so most of what is suggested does not work.
