Accordingly, this timing ensures that the new year will be welcomed and cherished in a clean home, which, if you ask me, can be just the Spanish equivalent to eating 12 grapes at New Year’s Eve midnight or the American equivalent to kissing your loved one at midnight for good fortune.

In Asian countries, it is common for people to change their home decor based on the season. Adding a splash of color that matches the time of the year or holiday can be one of the simplest ways of inviting serenity and celebration through your doors.
A few lovely ideas of adding color to your home include changing your bedsheets, throw pillows, or tablecloth. Cheap but more than effective.
