Having this personalized range of counter heights will offer you more options for cooking or prepping while sitting or standing. Want to chop garlic for your favorite pasta sauce? You can do that while standing. And if the next day you don’t feel like preparing dinner while standing because your feet are a bit sore, you can comfortably do that while sitting. It’s easy when you have options!
