Consider rolling out the “red carpet” for visitors by placing a lovely indoor or outdoor rug at your front door. You may be surprised to know how much a rug can change the whole vibe of your outdoor space.

Nowadays, you can keep these outdoor rugs looking new and clean with the countless washable variations available, as well as the hardy outdoor carpets that take a beating from the elements.

When it comes to outdoor rugs, the best thing you can do to make your front porch look stunning is to coordinate the carpet with your seating arrangement. Mix and match it with a hardy welcome doormat to keep leaves and dust outside your house. It’s so much easier to shake out your doormat than it is to vacuum your front hallway.
