5. Display family photos on shelves

Gallery walls aren’t your thing? Don’t worry; there are many other options to display family photos in a stylish way. An idea would be to hang some shelves or picture ledges and show off your favorite photos there.

You don’t even need an entire bare wall to do this. Moreover, if you already have one or several shelves and you’re not really fond of what you’ve put on display on them, get everything down and put some of your favorite photos instead.

This being said, you can use a regular old shelf or make your own picture ledge. A third option would be to buy some new shelves. A collection of two or three shelves full of lovely photos is a great way to make a statement, and it’s low commitment, as you can swap out the photos for anything else whenever you feel like it.
