Duct Tape Hack: Make a Clothesline

You can also substitute duct tape for a makeshift clothesline if you’re in a pinch. Stick several pieces together with the sticky side facing in. Then, run the tape between clothesline poles, two trees, or any other objects you have around.

The tape is strong enough to support bulky items and can act as a clothesline when you’re in a jam.

Duct Tape Hack: Make sweeping easier

Anyone who’s ever quickly tried to sweep up a dirty floor knows how hard it can be to get the dustpan to stay where they need it to. Between the floor and the pan, there always seems to be the slightest gap where dirt sneaks through.

Then you’re stuck trying to make that awkward move where you hold the base of the broom handle while bending down to keep the dustpan in place. Well, say goodbye to all that!

All you need to do is add some duct tape to that gap between the floor and the pan so you don’t miss anything when you sweep. And you can easily remove the tape when you’re finished.
