Choose a patterned floor
Whether you know this or not, you can even save those difficult windowless small bathrooms. If that’s the case for you, you’re lucky because we have the solution! Tall mirrored medicine cabinets with a glass shower will only amplify the light from interior fixtures, which will automatically brighten up the whole space.
You can use built-in cabinets to save additional floor space, and if you’re really open to something creative, a herringbone wood floor will give you the illusion of a warmer bath.
Add a shower niche
If you’re looking for another big space saver, you can try a shower niche; especially if you’re designing a small bathroom, you might want to make sure you include a shower niche in your plans.
Use a ledge to create more space
A narrow ledge in front of the mirror is the ideal perch for a plant, toothbrush, and many other essentials.
Move that towel bar
A towel bar is oftentimes fastened to the side of the floating sink, especially since this is one of the best tricks to try for a small bathroom.
Rethink the whole sink
If you’re designing a small bathroom from nothing, then you might want to go with a tiny corner sink because this is one of the handiest and simplest small bathroom options. There’s no rule that dictates you always have to own a full-size standard sink, and if you ask me, a corner sink might get the job done just as well. Besides, it will give you tons of space and less to clean.

I need ideas for a small bathroom
These are some very good ideas and I can’t wait to run them by my wife to see what she thinks. We have always had a small bathroom in every place we’ve lived over the years and now we have enough $ that we can do something about it. After almost 48 years together I believe it’s time for us to splurge a little and do something that we both will like!
Thank You Guy’s For The Good Ideas!
Go for it and Congratulations xoxo
love it
Great ideas would love to see photo examples of these. On my condo there is No Way to carve out more space to enlarge my bathroom. So thanks again
great ideas however all the pictures are for big bathrooms; not sure will work in really small bathrooms
My bathroom is small, none of the bathrooms in the pictures are small. I already have a pattern floor, no shower door, etc. article not helpful.
Wish there were actual pictures of the ideas you’re giving! Gives a better understanding of the ideas you’re giving. Lots of people go off of cisuals!
